Our adoption fee helps defray veterinarian expenses, which includes current shots, spay/neuter, and feline leukemia or heartworm test. It's not unusual for a pet in our care to need significant veterinary treatment including flea prevention, deworming and in some cases heartworm treatment or more, before they can be released for adoption. These expenses add up quickly and our minimal adoption fee helps to defray cost and provide for the next rescue. This application and the information it provides, assures us that the pet you select will be properly cared for and given the love that he/she so deserves. Once the application is submitted and reviewed, you will be notified of our decision relating to your request.
Download an application:Using Microsoft Word (download the adoption application - DOC), you can copy and paste this into an email, fill in the answers and email it to us. Or, using Adobe Acrobat (download the adoption application - PDF), you can print it out and send it to the address on the application. (Please print out a copy for yourself and bring it with you when you come to an adopt a pet.)
