Age: 1 year old approx.

Dog Breed: Smooth Coat Chihuahua

My name is Chico. I was found in a local Motel room, after my people checked out. I weigh 6 pounds. I am shy when I first meet new people. If you want to adopt me, you will have to have lots of patience, as I like to take things slow. It takes me a while to get used to a new routine. However, after I get to know you, I will give you more kisses than you know what to do with!

When I feel comfortable, I am very loving, and I am a great cuddler. I am learning how to play with other dogs. I get along fine with cats. If they run, though, I will run after them! I love to play chase! My favorite thing to do is go on walks, and I am very good on my leash. I have been to the dog park, and I think it is alot of fun. I love to sleep on the bed, especially under the covers. It would be best for me to go to a home that has experience with dogs. And, no kids under 12 years old. I need my owner to be a strong leader. Otherwise, I will try to take over and be the leader. It will help me if you let me know you can do the job and dont need my help.

Sometimes, I will growl and bark at other people while my foster mom holds me or has me on her lap. She just puts me on the ground when I do that. I dont like to be on the ground, so I am learning to use my manners! I have a long way to go to be the best I can be, and I would love to have you help me learn! Foster mom says we should take an obedience class. That would be fun! I am very smart. Dog Breed: Shih Tzu

 My name is Meg; I am a female Shih Tzu who is about 4 years old and weighs about 6lbs. I was rescued from a local breeder, however I was very well cared for and I am people friendly. My foster mom thinks I am ADORABLE.  I get along really well with other dogs.

I am spayed and I am current on all shots.  I need a family who will be devoted to patiently working with me on my house manners. Anyone who knows my breed know we ADORE being with our people and we are very smart. We do require grooming and most of all, needs to be a member of the family. Age: Adult

Cat Breed: Siamese/Domestic Short Hair

Sometimes forever ........ isn't. After being adopted with KASMERE the economy took a toll on this sweet brother-sister and the pair had to be returned. MOO GOO is a very sensitive little boy and took it hard and was depressed for a while. Lucklily, he had his sister and previous friends to help him rebound. MOO GOO is a siamese cat with traditional siamese color points but he has several "spots" like a cow on his solid white body. Not only is he very unusual but gorgeous too! MOO GOO is very sweet and likes his to sleep in bed under the covers with his foster family. His days are spent at the top of a cat tree overlooking the birds and squirrels in the backyard, wishing ....... MOO GOO MUST be adopted into a home with his gorgeous sister, KASHMERE. BOY am I OUTGOING!!!! You will need another kitty at home since I am very playful, energetic, and VERY curious! My nickname at my foster home is social butterfly since I am always running around greeting the other kitties.
